I was honestly pretty skeptical while buying from aisle as I had never used period underwear before, but I loved the idea of a comfortable, sustainable, and stylish alternative to pads; and this underwear blew me away! I used it for my heaviest flow days and it did not leak at all. I also couldn’t feel any of the blood like I would while using a pad as it absorbed so quickly. I ordered a size small which is what I usually wear and it was a little small on me, as it was a little snug around my hips and thighs, although the underwear is not so small that it’s noticeably uncomfortable, and if anything the slight snugness just made the underwear feel more secure. The One issue I had was with the insertable pad, as while it made the underwear much easier to clean I found it did shift and move slightly throughout the day and as someone who is incredibly forgetful and disorganized I can imagine myself losing that unattached part quite easily. The pad also made the underwear feel slightly more bulky, in a way which made it feel slightly uncomfortable as well, although as it is period underwear it also made it feel more protective and secure as well.
