Love these! They have great coverage in the back and are really comfortable!

Aisle is the best brand of reusable pads I've used. The absorbency lives up to the its claims! I feel safe and secure in these pads, others ones I've used before left me nervous at times.. Another thing they get right is the sizing. The pads are big, cover everything, and very importantly, the DO NOT SHRINK after washing. I love, love, love my Aisle pads, you can't go wrong with these.

I’ve been using these pads for a year now and just came back to stock up in more sizes to cover my whole cycle. My first two days are intensely heavy — I used to bleed through everything. These are the first pads that have actually kept up with me.

The only time I’ve had leaks is when I sleep on my stomach (they don’t have as much front coverage in that position), but for everyday wear and literally every other sleeping position? Zero issues. No leaks, no soggy feeling — just reliable, comfy protection. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and easy to clean, with no leaks yet! And Aisle’s customer service is *excellent* — kind and responsive. When one of the products arrived without a snap, they sent a replacement right away.

I bought one of these just to see how well they perform, but I think this size is simply too big for me, and occasionally slid around on my underwear. Before I make a final decision, I plan to get a couple smaller ones to be sure.
