How do your period undies work?

Aisle undies feature a specially engineered lining that combines super-absorbent Truetex™ technology with a leak-proof lining to keep you dry and feelin’ fly.

How much fluid do they hold?

8X as much as a standard disposable! Our undies absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid on their own, or 8 tampons worth when you wear with the included booster.

Do I need to wear a pad or tampon with them?

Nope! Our undies were built to completely replace pads and tampons. They make great backup protection with tampons or menstrual cups, too.

What does the booster do?

Our undies absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid on their own, but if you need a little extra you can add the optional booster for an extra 4 tampons worth. Just tuck the ends into the slits at either end of the gusset.

How do I wash my Aisle undies?

It’s not that complicated - our undies were made to fit into your regular laundry routine. Just rinse out in cool water, then wash and dry with your regular laundry. As with any garment, wash with like colors.

My favourite period underwear

I love full-coverage underwear and boy shorts even when I’m not on my period, so I love that Aisle has this boxer brief style of period underwear. I tried one other brand of period underwear and this is my favourite. I love that it’s completely full-coverage but doesn’t feel like too much fabric, and I love that with the bonus absorbency booster you can put in, I never have to worry about leaking. My periods are fairly light so I can wear one pair all day and then put on a new pair and sleep in it for 12 hours and even when I’m on my heaviest days, I don’t need to worry about leaking. This underwear is also super comfortable which I love.

Buy them

Love these boxers!! They are super comfy, wash really well, and don't look like period underwear. I love that they are free of chemicals. They come with an extra lining for very heavy periods. I like wearing them to sleep...and my daughters do too!

Rexommending to everyone I know

The most comfortable I have ever felt while stuck dealing with a period. The first time since EVER getting a period where I didn't get a rash from pads, or any blood on my pajamas, bedding, inner thighs, or pelvic area.

Comes with one liner, but I recommend getting a few to cycle through.

Also, Pro tip: If you have a heavy flow at bedtime, I recommend inserting two liners and letting them overlap a bit for max absorbency!

Best thing ever

I am "new" to having my period again after 10 years of having an IUD, and no period at all. My best friend recommended Aisle and my life is forever changed. The booster was a life saver as I had no idea what my period would be like after a 10 year hiatus. I chose the boxer as I frequently get waxed and I didn't want any chafing around my bikini area; 10/10. No leaks, comfortable, sustainable, durable. I don't mind the price point as it's been 100% worth it. I love Aisle and recommend it to everyone.

Peace of mind

Love the peace of mind that the full front to back coverage and leg length gives me! I think I'll sleep in just these in summer. Lovely shade of green and easy to swap out boosters as needed, which is great if I'm on the go. Even with the booster in it doesn't feel too thick and padded, I could forget it's not my usual underwear. I find the thighs scrunch up a bit over time as I move, so I might not wear these under some thing super fitted like leggings (or maybe that would prevent it from shifting?).
