FAQ
How do I wash reusable period products?
Simply rinse in cool water, then wash and dry in the machine with your regular laundry.
Wash with like colors and avoid bleach and fabric softener. Air dry where possible - the planet will thank you!
See product pages for product-specific washing instructions.
What's the environmental impact of disposables?
An estimated 20 billion pads, tampons and applicators are sent to North American landfills annually. Since plastic can take as long as 500 years to decompose, that means every disposable menstrual product that’s ever been used is still sitting in a landfill somewhere!
What's your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns of unopened, unworn, non sale underwear within 20 days of delivery, for store credit. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds. At this time, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.
Because we are not able to offer returns on underwear that has been removed from its packaging, we recommend opening and trying only one pair of underwear to ensure fit, before opening any remaining pairs in your order.
Aisle pads and liners, and the Aisle Cup cannot be accepted for returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be accepted for return. All other products not listed under this policy are final sale.
Why should I switch to reusable period products?
Aside from the environmental benefits of reduced monthly waste, reusable menstrual products are more comfortable & breathable, more convenient because you don't have to buy them every month and they also save money in the long run.
