Which countries do you ship to?
We ship orders worldwide every day.
Our current ship-to list includes: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, and the United States and its territories: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Please be aware that all cross-border shipments are subject to inspection and may incur customs duties and taxes according to the laws of your country. These fees are entirely outside of our control, and are the responsibility of the receiver.
What are your shipping rates?
US and CA shipping rates are:
- Free Priority Shipping on orders over $120.00
- $9.99 Standard Shipping on orders under $120.00
- $21.99 VIP Shipping
International shipping rates are:
- $15 for orders under $90
- $25 for orders between $90 and $149.99
- $50 for orders over $150
When can I expect to receive my order?
Soon! You’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking info once your order is on its way to you.
Delivery times depend on your location, but you can expect to receive your order within 2 weeks if you’re in Canada / 3 weeks if you’re in the US.
Allow up for 4 weeks for overseas orders to be delivered.
If you’re in the US and choose VIP shipping, your order should arrive within 5 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll be sent a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active online, so don’t panic if it doesn’t work right away!
All of our orders are shipped with Wizmo. For orders outside of Canada, once your parcel clears customs it will be transferred to USPS or your country’s local postal service. If you are having issues with your tracking link, send us an email at hello@periodaisle.com and we'll help you out.
Are shipments discreet?
All parcels will list our business name and address. Shipments sent outside Canada are required to have a generic list of contents for customs purposes, such as “underwear” or “cloth pads.”
