This website is operated by Lunapads International Products Ltd., doing business as Aisle ("Aisle," "we," "us," or "our"). Throughout this site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Aisle.
By visiting our website, purchasing from us, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies linked here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the site or purchase products from us.
1. About Aisle
Aisle is a Canadian ecommerce brand based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We design and sell high-performance leakproof underwear and reusable period care products through our website and other approved sales channels.
Our products are designed for real bodies, real use, and long-term wear. Product information on this site is provided to help you choose the product that best fits your needs. It is not medical advice.
2. Online store terms
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or territory of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this site.

Aisle products are designed to support leak protection for periods, bladder leaks, sweat, and discharge, depending on the product and absorbency level selected.
Absorbency needs vary by person, use case, body position, movement, and duration of wear. Product descriptions, absorbency guidance, and fit information are provided to support product selection, but they do not guarantee identical performance for every wearer or circumstance.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have questions about your health, symptoms, skin sensitivity, incontinence, menstrual health, or postpartum recovery, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
5. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, inventory issues, payment issues, or shipping restrictions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, unless otherwise required or agreed.
6. Pricing, currency, taxes, and fees
Prices are listed in localized currency based on customer location unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display prices, discounts, shipping costs, taxes, and any applicable charges clearly before checkout. In Canada, businesses should avoid advertising a price that is unattainable because mandatory fees are added later, unless those charges are government-imposed, such as sales tax.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges related to their order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.

We use third-party payment processors to securely process payments. We do not control those providers and are not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, or service interruptions.
8. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, estimated delivery timelines, and shipping costs are shown at checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, labour disruptions, high-volume periods, address issues, or other events outside our control.
For U.S. online orders, sellers are generally expected to have a reasonable basis for shipping within the stated timeframe, or within 30 days if no timeframe is stated; if shipment is delayed, customers may need to be given the choice to accept the delay or receive a refund.
Risk of loss may transfer to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided, subject to applicable law and carrier terms.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
9. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Because Aisle sells underwear and personal care products, certain items may be final sale or ineligible for return for hygiene reasons, unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Promotions, discount codes, and gift cards
Promotions, discounts, referral credits, gift cards, and other offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or used after the stated expiry date. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.
Gift cards are subject to the terms provided at purchase and any applicable consumer protection laws.
11. HSA/FSA and reimbursement information
Where available, Aisle may provide information about HSA, FSA, or other reimbursement eligibility. This information is provided for general convenience only and does not guarantee that a purchase will be approved by your plan provider, benefits administrator, or tax authority.
Customers are responsible for confirming eligibility, documentation requirements, and reimbursement rules with their own provider.
12. Accuracy of billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, and purchase information.
You agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including your email address, billing address, shipping address, payment details, and other information needed to complete your transactions and contact you about your order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, bots, automated systems, or unauthorized third parties.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity under your account.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your login information.

You confirm that any content you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of another person or business.
We may moderate, edit, remove, or decline to publish user content at our discretion.
Please do not submit personal health information, sensitive personal information, or content you do not want shared publicly.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide products or services are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Legal review note: Counsel should confirm whether Aisle wants British Columbia courts to have exclusive jurisdiction, and whether any special consumer-law carveouts are needed for U.S. customers, Quebec customers, or other jurisdictions.

Before starting a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us with a description of the issue, your order number if applicable, and the resolution you are seeking. We will make reasonable efforts to respond and resolve the issue.
Legal review note: Aisle should ask counsel whether to include arbitration, class action waiver, small claims carveouts, or jurisdiction-specific dispute terms. These clauses can be sensitive and may not be enforceable everywhere.
27. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Any obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will survive termination.
