What Can Be Returned
Full-price underwear is eligible for a return within 20 days of your delivery date. Eligible returns will receive store credit.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- Free of damage or signs of use
We recommend opening and trying on one pair before opening additional items in your order to confirm fit.
Final Sale Items — Not Eligible for Return
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased during any sale or promotional pricing period (including Black Friday / Cyber Monday, sitewide sales, and clearance items)
- Marked-down items
- Mystery Bundles / Mystery Boxes
- Pads & liners
- Accessories
- Somedays products
- Gift cards
All sales are considered final 20 days after your delivery date, regardless of item type.
Promotional Codes
Orders placed using a first-time customer and other promotional code remain eligible for return under this policy, provided the item is full-price and meets the return conditions above.
Buy 5 Get 2 Free Orders
To receive full store credit on a Buy 5 Get 2 Free order, all 7 pairs must be returned unworn.
If only part of the order is returned, the retail value of the free pairs will be deducted from your store credit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We cannot accept returns shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL due to brokerage and customs fees. Returns sent by courier will be refused.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 7–10 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Store credit will be issued to you by email.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@aisle.com. Pads, liners, accessories, and Somedays products may only be returned in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Items Not Eligible for Return at All
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Items purchased from third-party retailers or anywhere other than aisle.com
- Worn or washed underwear (due to the intimate nature of our products)
Aisle reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
