Giveaway Terms and Conditions

“Ultramarine Prize Bundle” Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Aisle (“Sponsor”), located at 1388 Frances Street, Vancouver, BC.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, or Klaviyo.

 

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor or its affiliates are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

 

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on July 14, 2026 at 4pm PDT and ends on July 15, 2026 at 11:59pm PDT (the “Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

 

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the official entry form hosted on Sponsor’s website at:

Entry requires providing a valid email address and submitting the form during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.

Automated entries, bot submissions, or attempts to enter multiple times using different identities or email addresses may result in disqualification.

No purchase is required.

 

5. Prize

Three (3) winners will receive:

  • One (1) Essential Boxer in Ultramarine, one (1) Essential Thong in Ultramarine, one (1) BOOST Boxer in Ultramarine, one (1) BOOST Hipster in Ultramarine, and one (1) Super Boxer in Ultramarine

Underwear will be awarded in the size of the winner’s choice. No color or style substitutions may be made. In the event that the winner’s size is not available, the Sponsor will offer a substitution of an available style or color.

The prize is non-transferrable and has no cash value.

The customer must have a valid CA or US address in order to receive the prize. The prize cannot be shipped to a PO box. The prize will ship once all items in the winner’s size are available.

Approximate Total Retail Value (“ARV”): $234 USD/$234 CAD

 

6. Prize Conditions and Restrictions

  • Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged product in transit.

  • Any difference between stated value and actual purchase cost will not be awarded.

  • Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email within 1-3 days after the Promotion ends.

Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim the Prize.

If the selected winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is found ineligible, or declines the Prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

The winner will be contacted by email from hello@periodaisle.com only. The Sponsor will not attempt to contact you through another channel or through a different email address.

 

9. Marketing Consent

By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing and promotional emails from Aisle and Somedays.

Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in Sponsor’s emails, however the winner must be subscribed at the time they’re drawn in order to be eligible for the Prize.

10. Platform Release

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, or Klaviyo.

By entering, entrants release these platforms from any responsibility or liability related to this Promotion.

 

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and/or social media handle for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be:

  • Tampering with the entry process

  • Violating these Official Rules

  • Acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner

 

13. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the Prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or disruptions to the Promotion.

 

14. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law rules.

 

15. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send an email to hello@periodaisle.com with the subject line: “Giveaway Winner Request” within thirty (30) days of the Promotion end date.
