How do special orders work?

Special Orders let you secure items before we have them in stock. On occasion we offer special orders on items that have left our factory, but not yet arrived at our warehouse. This gives you the opportunity to secure your size or favorite color early, before it sells out.

What if I have other items in my order? Will they ship separately?

If your order contains special order items, as well as in stock items, we'll ship any in stock items right away. Special order items will ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number each time we ship items from your order.

When do I have to pay for special order items

We charge your card for special order items as soon as you place your order. This secures the inventory and ensures that it can't be sold to someone else.

Can I cancel a special order after it's been placed?
