Rinse in cool water, then launder in the machine with your regular laundry. Avoid the use of fabric softener as it may inhibit the absorbency of the Booster.
These are SO helpful for heavy perimenopause periods. I've started layering two of them, and it makes the undies not feel wet even with a heavy flow. I bought more so I don't have to be worried about washing them multiple times during my cycle.
It's eco-friendly and comfortable. I am surprised at how effective the absorbency is (which is very).
I love these so much. I have purchased quite a few and I'm able to change them as often as I would change a pad. They're super easy to clean as well. A big win!

I’ve been wearing these for almost a year. I rotate boosters through my aisle boxers for the first 3-4 days of my cycle and then wear aisle thongs for light days. The boosters are so good my boxers don’t get blood on them unless I’m bleeding very heavily while I sleep on my side. Which is rare.
The one time I bled THROUGH a booster was on the first day of my cycle, and I was so sick with a cold I only got off the couch to use the bathroom. I wore it all day before it leaked. I can wear cream and white and not feel the need to check the mirror. Customer for life.
Lazy girl tip: When I change them out, I immediately soak the used one in a bowl of peroxide and weigh it down so it stays submerged. Peroxide dissolves any coagulated blood and/or uterine lining that didn’t completely liquify.
I find that when I hand scrub, hang dry and then put it through the wash, it still has a faint funk. Peroxide makes them smell brand new and I don’t have to stand there scrubbing the darn thing. You’re welcome.
