All materials are OEKTO-TEX certified and lab tested for PFAS. No detectable levels of PFAS to 1 part per million.

How do your period undies work?

Our specially engineered lining combines super-absorbent Truetex™ technology with a leak-proof lining that absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid. Use the removable booster for an additional 4 tampons of absorbency.

Do your period underwear contain PFAS?

No detectable levels of PFAS have been found in our underwear, based on a detectable limit of one part per million.

Do I need to wear a pad or tampon with them?

Nope! Our undies were built to completely replace pads and tampons. They make great backup protection with tampons or menstrual cups, too.

What does the booster do?

Our undies absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid on their own, but if you need a little extra you can add the optional booster for an extra 4 tampons worth. Just tuck the ends into the slits at either end of the gusset.

How do I wash my Aisle undies?

It’s not that complicated - our undies were made to fit into your regular laundry routine. Just rinse out in cool water, then wash and dry with your regular laundry. As with any garment, wash with like colors.

Buy These.

The fit and material are comfortable. Love the option for a bonus absorbency booster. Have not tested it on super heavy flow.

Favorite product from this company, having tried others. Also favorite company for this type of product having tried numerous. Received a lot of interest from all female friends.

Only hope, is for flesh tone options to wear with light color trousers required as work uniform.

They get the job done

These are comfortable enough and absorb well. I would recommend the boxers for thick thighs though, they’re more comfy.

Good and functional fit!

It fits well and functions as intended - good value buy! Style is lacking - too wide on the side as a hipster, I would prefer something a little higher cut. Colors are nice, but a pattern might even look nicer.

So soft!

I love these so much! They are soft and absorbent. 4 stars because My only problem is that they fall down. I chose the size according to the website suggestion but I probably should have gone down one.

Well, it's the best backup for Always infinity pads I've tried yet

Same old problems I have with every brand. The waistband goes up too high (I have a low rise), once the middle is saturated the side seams start leaking and it's useless, and the waterproofing doesn't go high enough in the front or back for the way my flow splatters.

The only upside is; because of the boost design the underwear themselves are pretty thin and therefore more comfortable to wear with my more reliable pads.
