How are liners different from pads?

Pads are for full-on flow, with 8X the absorbency of the average disposable pad. Liners are thinner for light days, spotting, or to backup your menstrual cup.

Do your liners contain PFAS?

​​No detectable levels​​ of PFAS have been found in our ​pads​, based on a detectable limit of one part per million.

How often do I need to change my liner?

At least once a day, or about as often as you would change a disposable liner.

How do I wash my liners?

Rinse in cool water, then wash and dry with your regular laundry. Hang to dry where possible - it saves energy and prolongs the life of your pads.

We’ve been making our liners at the same small, locally-owned & operated factory for over 25 years, right here in Vancouver, BC.

Moves too much

Got these to avoid using a disposable liner to deal with the leaks I get sometimes from using the cup. I find that it moves around and I have to keep adjusting through the day. Washes well and I like the loop for drying.

Pretty good

Easy to use, easy to wash. Only thing is it slides around a bit and creates a lump/camel toe.

Next generation greatness

I’ve bought liners from other companies and from the Lunapads days, and they were okay. After use they get stained but they still held up. But I really needed to replace them and shopped around and tried these. They hold up quite well, no stains so far, comfortable, quick dry, I am impressed how far they’ve come.

Comfy

I’ve used reusable liners for at least 5 years now but these are the first I’ve had that are solid black; love that there will be no stains! I’ve only used these for one cycle, but they’re comfy, I feel confident in the protection they provide, and they don’t have a smell as some other brands I e tried have. Also love the fact that this is a Canadian, women-led, certified b-corp company!

A great alternative to a full period underwear purchase

Great for light days and "just in case", and super easy to use and clean. Moves around a bit throughout the day but easily adjustable when needed.
