FAQ

How are pads different from liners?

Both feature edge-to-edge leak protection and a super comfortable wicking cotton top layer, but our pads were designed to hold up to heavy flow.

Do your pads contain PFAS?

No detectable levels of PFAS have been found in our pads, based on a detectable limit of one part per million.

How often do I need to change my pad?

At least once a day, or about as often as you would change a disposable pad. You’ll get the hang of it with experience.

How do I wash my pads?

Our pads were designed to fit into your regular laundry routine. No need to soak - just give them a quick rinse in cool water, then wash & dry with your next load of laundry. Hang to dry where possible - it saves energy and prolongs the life of your pads.

Where are your pads made?

Our pads have been cut and sewn at the same locally-owned and operated factory for over 25 years, right here in Vancouver, BC.

So glad I switched to these!!

These pads are my first experience with reusable period wear (other than a diva cup), and I never want to go back! I have been wearing a diva cup for years but have a really hard time getting mine to sit right in my cervix in order to make a proper seal, and always end up wearing a pad with them lately anyway to ensure protection, but I hated creating all the waste with disposable pads. I have a heavy flow and often bleed through disposable pads, so I was skeptical if reusable pads would absorb well enough, and I have been happily blown away by the absorbency of these! I wore one of these for the great majority of the heaviest day of my period (it was the maxi version, I bought 2 of those and 1 mini), and though I could feel my flow flowing all day which made me nervous because that usually means I am quickly soaking a disposable pad and will soon bleed through, the aisle maxi pad lasted literally all day without soaking through/leaking. I couldn’t believe it and don’t know how they do it! Highly recommend this product, they are very soft and comfortable too!

Worth it so far

This was my first foray into reusable period products, as the price-commitment has always been a drawback for me, even if it costs less over time. I found these pads that suited my needs perfectly, weren't too expensive, and so far they are absolutely worth the commitment.

Works great and very comfortable

I bought these to use in-between periods and when I'm exercising. They work great in protecting my underwear with very little discomfort. They're so much better than a regular panty liner that won't stay in place.

Stress Incontinence.

I use the panty liner in case of any urinary dribbles and am very happy with this procuct. I find it very comfortable, it does not move around or bunch up.
