I always have terrible cramps on my period for at least a day, sometimes two. This cream is actually shockingly effective, and has actually been able to help manage my cramps before they get bad enough for me to drag out the electric heat pad and extra strength pain meds. Highly recommend, will be purchasing again.

It works great, I just wish it was less expensive because I have to reapply it every couple of hours. With one cycle, I've already gone through almost half the tube.
I bought this for my daughter who has a terrible time with painful cramps every month. Nothing seemed to help but someone else I know happened to have the same issue and recommended your Cramp Cream. I ordered a bottle for my daughter just to see if it might work for her and she said it is great! She uses it all the time and I have now purchased a second bottle for her.
