Moodshine is my favorite tea. I like to drink daily but use it most during my luteal phase. It tastes amazing and has so many health benefits including calming my uterus.
The dried herbs look beautiful in the package and in the cup of hot water. Pretty colored tea. Smells and tastes delicious.
Definitely helps me relax. I'm going to have a cup this evening.
I would definitely buy it again
This tea is very good and mostly tastes like steeped strawberries, which I love! It’s good with or without honey and steeps very well. I haven’t drank it consistently like recommended but I have found that when I do drink it, I feel happier. That could just be because it’s tea though! Overall, I recommend trying it because it tastes great!
My first 2 days of my period, I have the WORST cramps sent from the underworld. I usually have to take medical grade ibuprofen and pass out but I procrastinated getting a refill and so here I was suffering when I remembered I had this tea!
THIS TEA ACTUALLY WORKS!! Yes it took like 30 mins to kick in fully but wow I don’t feel like I’m going to faint from pain, the stabbing has ceased. Thank you so so much. It even tastes good too.
You know when you smell a product and you first thought is "yeah this is gonna be good for me"? That was my first impression of this tea. I've only used it for one cycle, but it was incredible how well my pants fit when I started my period. It did also help with my whining the week before
