Hard for me to tell if it was simply the act of taking a bath (I don’t often), but I took three baths leading up to and during my last cycle with these salts and wow, what a difference. The least amount of discomfort I’ve really ever had. Also needed to take less medication to reduce pain and inflammation.

I love this product. It is the only bath product that I have found that really helps ease my muscles. I just really wish it came in bigger bags or there was an option to buy it in bulk!

This bath salt blend is amazing for relieving sore muscles and smells great too!! It dissolves really nicely and makes a small amount of bubbles. I used this after getting a deep tissue massage and it eased my soreness so well! I wish I could have used it more but the bag is rather small and I needed a lot for the post-massage soak. Overall, I wish there was more of it but I highly recommend it!
