FAQ

How are pads different from liners?

Both feature edge-to-edge leak protection and a super comfortable wicking cotton top layer, but our pads absorb 4X as much as our liners do.

Do they work for heavy periods?

Yes, we developed our pads to hold up to heavy flow. Just make sure you choose a pad with adequate coverage, and change as needed!

FAQ Image

How often do I need to change my pad?

At least once a day, or about as often as you would change a disposable pad. You’ll get the hang of it with experience.

How do I wash my pads?

Our pads were designed to fit into your regular laundry routine. No need to soak - just give them a quick rinse in cool water, then wash and dry with your next load of laundry.

Where are your pads made?

Our pads have been cut and sewn at the same locally-owned and operated factory for over 25 years, right here in Vancouver, BC.

Comfortable and absorbs well

I no longer get periods due to having a hysterectomy, however I have mild to moderate incontinence and these work really well for leak protection. I found disposable pads to cause painful rashes, but these reusable pads don't irritate my skin. I hope you continue making these in black, but also hope you bring back the cream colored ones as those are nice for wearing with lighter colored underwear. I know most women who get periods maybe complained about the cream color not being good for blood, but when you need to use pads for incontinence daily it's a necessity to have a variety of colors to match things with.

FINALLY!

I've finally found something comfortable to wear during my period.

I unfortunately cannot wear tampons or cups so I'm stuck with pads. It's been many many years of chafing and discomfort. And I'm plus size so that adds an extra element of discomfort with sizing and material.

I was at my witts end and I finally decided to give these a try. It blew my mind how comfortable it was. I'm never looking back. If you're like me, do yourself a favor and try them out. You won't regret it.

Love these - wish I switched sooner

These reusable pads feel so much cleaner than the disposable ones. I feel like they've changed my relationship to my period as a result: my period was never gross, but the plastic pads made it seem that way. Cloth is a much friendlier and more comfortable material. I wish I switched sooner; disposable pads are so terrible for the environment and the body. I feel so much happier knowing I'm not contributing trash to a landfil anymore. Highly recommend.
