I use these around the house when I am out of period underwear. It has great absorbency and I've never had leaks. The feel of the material is a significant improvement over disposable pads, no sticky plastic feeling on your skin, and definitely no rash/burns like some disposable pad materials caused. I also like that you can fold it and clip it shut, since the wing clips work in both directions, so I can fold it and put it in a cloth bag for storage while keeping it sanitary for next month.
I do find that they move a little (forward and back) and bunch up a tiny bit in the back, especially if I'm switching between sitting and standing a lot. The bunching was a normal problem with disposable pads too, so if anything the reduced bunching of the Aisle pad is a great improvement. I never actually encountered leaks, but the sensation did kick in that period paranoia of leaks. I rarely wear pads to go out (disposable or reusable) so I can't comment on comfort while everyday walking
I think these are a great alternative to disposable pads, and I will keep some in my office desk, purse, or travel suitcase for emergencies. But for regular use, especially at night, I much prefer the BOOST boxer which was a nighttime game changer.
