Each pair of Aisle Boost underwear comes with a removable absorbency booster that adds an extra 4 tampons of absorbency. It's an innovation that sets these period underwear apart from the rest.
For heavy flow-ers there's no need to change your undies part way through the day, just tuck a Booster in and swap it out as needed.
The fiber that powers our period underwear. One of the most sustainable materials in the world - TENCEL™ Lyocell - is biodegradeable, highly breathable, less susceptible to odour-causing bacterial growth, and absorbs 50% more than cotton.
We developed our own custom blend of materials to create a gusset that's moisture wicking, super absorbent & leakproof without the use of harmful chemical finishes. Our undies keep absorbing, wash after wash after wash.
Aisle undies feature a specially engineered lining that combines super-absorbent Truetex™ technology with a leak-proof lining to keep you dry and feelin’ fly.
8X as much as a standard disposable! Our undies absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid on their own, or 8 tampons worth when you wear with the included booster.
Nope! Our undies were built to completely replace pads and tampons. They make great backup protection with tampons or menstrual cups, too.
Our undies absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid on their own, but if you need a little extra you can add the optional booster for an extra 4 tampons worth. Just tuck the ends into the slits at either end of the gusset.
It’s not that complicated - our undies were made to fit into your regular laundry routine. Just rinse out in cool water, then wash and dry with your regular laundry. As with any garment, wash with like colors.

This was my first time trying out period underwear. Here's my overall thoughts after using for 2-3 months:
* For heavier days, definitely helps to use the boosters, since those are much easier to change out.
* For lighter days, works great on its own.
* Cleaning & washing/drying is pretty convenient. However, I haven't had to wash/change them outside though, so can't speak to the convenience of that.
* At least in my experience, it's been better than pads. the more comfortable pads didn't provide enough coverage, but the ones that provide more coverage were bulky/uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time

I've used them for 1 period so far, admittedly still using my regular pads. I needed something to help with my days with heavy flow. Totally did the trick! I'm looking forward to getting more familiar with them.

I've only ever used knix brand period underwear before, and I had issues with their undies to begin with, such as the placement of the absorbent material. That's one of the reasons I LOVE these - the "pad" part takes up the whole front & back! Perfect for overnight! Also compared to knix, it remains dry to the touch and so soft! I was so surprised by how much it held without me ever feeling wet or leaking all over my thighs! I love these & will definitely be purchasing more, then keep my knix to use for very light days.

I tend to use the Boost underwear on my period, and the Essentials other days. They're just that comfortable. I wish I had a chance to try the Base underwear before they went away.
