i think the BOOST brief is aisle’s best product, but that’s probably because my proportions are slightly too curvy for their more popular boxer briefs. if your hips are significantly wider than your waist, you will probably prefer these too…the high cut is much more comfortable and keeps pressure off your lower belly (important!!!). i have this brief in several colors and even my oldest pairs from 2020 haven’t worn out yet. really well made.
I’ve tried many different period underwear over the years as I am unable to wear a menstrual cup. These are my absolute favorite. They are so comfortable, less smelly and I love the booster, much easier clean up!

Three years or so ago, I bought underwear from aisle, and I was super disappointed. The fit was awfully tight and had no stretch (even though I ordered up a size. These? Amazing! So soft, I don't get itchy, lots of stretch without losing shape. The waistband doesn't dog in when I'm bloated. I'm ordering three more pairs. I followed the size chart and on my heavy days I'm a 35 inch waist, my hips are 43, I got an XL.
