How do Essential period underwear work?

Our specially engineered lining combines super-absorbent Truetex™ technology with a leak-proof lining that absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid.

Our period underwear were made to fit into your regular laundry routine. Just rinse the gusset in cool water before washing in the machine with your regular laundry. Hang to dry where possible - it saves energy and prolongs the life of your undies!

Essential period underwear are made with the same super-soft, breathable & sustainable fabrics as our Boost underwear, but feature an ultra-thin, all-in-one gusset design that absorbs 4+ tampons worth of fluid. Everything you need—nothing you don’t.

Essential period underwear provide 4+ tampons worth of absorbency and can be used instead of disposable pads & tampons.

Very comfortable boxer!

Best period boxers!

I love these. I've been using aisle liners for years but these are my first boxers and I love them for sleep and heavy days. So comfortable, and they don't iritate my skin like many period panties do, and they stay put... no risk I'm going to leak.

Love 'em, except one thing.

I love everything that's Aisle, but there is just one issue I have with the boxers. The elastic on the hip tends to dig in. Maybe I need to size up (or maybe this was a defect of the clearance ones), but otherwise these do fit quite perfect and still saves my wallet from disposables.

All the stars!!

I never thought that period underwear could make such a massive change in my life. I had tried Knix underwear once and it was honestly a joke, so my expectations were low. Man, these boxers are so good. The feeling of not having to wear a pad or tampon to bed?? Priceless. The fabric is soft and breathable. And if you’re thinking your period is too crazy, I am like a gunshot victim 3 out of 5 days. The morning gush you get?…no issue. I stayed in a fancy Airbnb with crisp white sheets and had no fear. I have 4 pairs now and will probably buy more.
