How do your period undies work?

Our specially engineered lining combines super-absorbent Truetex™ technology with a leak-proof lining that absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid. Use the removable booster for an additional 4 tampons of absorbency.

Do your period underwear contain PFAS?

No detectable levels of PFAS have been found in our underwear, based on a detectable limit of one part per million.

Do I need to wear a pad or tampon with them?

Nope! Our undies were built to completely replace pads and tampons. They make great backup protection with tampons or menstrual cups, too.

What does the booster do?

Our undies absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid on their own, but if you need a little extra you can add the optional booster for an extra 4 tampons worth. Just tuck the ends into the slits at either end of the gusset.

How do I wash my Aisle undies?

It’s not that complicated - our undies were made to fit into your regular laundry routine. Just rinse out in cool water, then wash and dry with your regular laundry. As with any garment, wash with like colors.

Great fit and they work

I was worried that these would be too low rise for my preference, but they fit exactly how I like. Comfortable underwear and they stay in place so there was no shifting. Well made and good quality. And no leaks.

I love these so much!! Super helpful as a young woman suffering from PCOS! Make sure you take the size recommended in their size guide as it might not be the same size you usually get at other underwear stores.

Amazing Underwear

I have been using Aisle products since 2020 before they were rebranded to Aisle! The underwear is incredibly comfortable and offers so much coverage.

The hipster is a nice fit for everyday wear.

I don’t use Tampons and period underwear is so far the most comfortable item I have used to get through my periods. I love to advocate this brand to my friends!

my favorite color is this shade of green and i was so happy to get these! theyre so comfy and don't ride up! also, it doesnt feel too thick or "pamper-y"--- i've tried menstrual underwear from a different brand years ago and couldnt even comfortably wear them, but these undies were so comfy and not bulky at all. my thighs are a little bit too big, so the groin area is a slightly snug, but im going to size up for my next order! overall i love these & will definitely buy more soon.
