Surprised me!

I have severe breast pain before and during my period, as well as a heavy period. I’ve tried all the supplements and nothing has helped. I was skeptical of castor oil but wanted to give it a try.

The first stick I received fell apart on my fourth use, but customer service was quick to send me a replacement. For the three weeks before my period, I used it nightly for 1-2 hours over my liver, with a hot pack for some of that time. And for the first time in YEARS, I had ZERO breast tenderness during PMS and my period. Cramps were also not as bad as usual (then I used the cramp cream to help with that!).

I am excited and hopeful to do another month of treatment and see how it continues to go. I do find that the Belly band is awkward to keep in place, so I will be switching to a castor oil type pack while continuing to use the Belly Jelly stick.
