All Aisle underwear contain a leakproof lining and can absorb a minumum of 4 tampons worth of menstrual flow.
Aisle Thongs are the only exception - they hold about the same amount of fluid as one tampon does. Our thongs are best worn for daily leaks and light flow. Pair with a cup or tampon for heavier days. As with any menstrual product, choose an appropriate product for your flow.
