FAQ

How are liners different from pads?

Pads are for full-on flow, with 4X the absorbency of the average disposable pad. Liners are thinner for light flow days, spotting, or to backup your menstrual cup.

Can I use liners for my period?

You know your flow best! Lots of folks, especially those with lighter periods, prefer to use liners over pads. Just be aware they won’t hold as much as our pads or undies do, and be sure to pair with a menstrual cup or tampon on heavy days.

FAQ Image

How often do I need to change my liner?

At least once a day, or about as often as you would change a disposable liner.

How do I wash my liners?

Rinse in cool water, then wash and dry with your regular laundry.
As with any garment, wash with like colors.

Where are your liners made?

We’ve been making our liners at the same small, locally-owned & operated factory for over 25 years, right here in Vancouver, BC.

good pantyliner

These have /way/ improved since I started using them two years ago -- they still slide back and forth a bit, but overall they don't circle around the crotch of your underwear if you sneeze the wrong way anymore. Very comfortable, cute design, buttons latch well, cleans without a fuss.

Great liners

I really like how thin these are compared to the old lunapads flannel/fleece liners. They’re super comfy to wear and wash well. I do miss the two snap options on the wings though. These don’t fit great on some of my underwear with wider gussets and they slide around a bit more, I think because the outer material Is smoother. There’s a bit of a crinkly sounds to these that I was worried about when I took them out of the package but I haven’t noticed any awkward noises while wearing.

A great alternative to disposal liners

These are great! I use them with a menstrual cup and it feels nice to not be creating so much trash each month. They're easy to care for and stay in place well, and the quality of the stitching is good. The only time I've really noticed them is when I've been hiking or otherwise exerting myself; sometimes they'll bunch up a bit. I definitely prefer them to period panties because I can switch out just the liner instead of the whole shebang. High recommended!
