FAQ

How are liners different from pads?

Pads are for full-on flow, with 4X the absorbency of the average disposable pad. Liners are thinner for light flow days, spotting, or to backup your menstrual cup.

Can I use liners for my period?

You know your flow best! Lots of folks, especially those with lighter periods, prefer to use liners over pads. Just be aware they won’t hold as much as our pads or undies do, and be sure to pair with a menstrual cup or tampon on heavy days.

FAQ Image

How often do I need to change my liner?

At least once a day, or about as often as you would change a disposable liner.

How do I wash my liners?

Rinse in cool water, then wash and dry with your regular laundry.
As with any garment, wash with like colors.

Where are your liners made?

We’ve been making our liners at the same small, locally-owned & operated factory for over 25 years, right here in Vancouver, BC.

So happy Aisle kept this great line

I purchased mine from Lunapads, about 2 years ago (they were formerly called Performa). I use mine for the end of my period and those in between days! I do wish the longer liners had been available then as the regular ones sometimes give me a wedgie, but it’s no big deal.

I am so happy they have kept this, in my opinion superior, line going from their other pads. I know it’s expensive to start, but they have great discounts throughout the year and it’s just so easy and worth it. I thought there would be an adjustment period, but it was just literally like why did I wait so long?!! I even kept one as a sample to show friends and friends of friends to spread the word. Jealous of the cute colours, but I also love my no show black ones!!

Expensive Switch, But SO Worth it

I’m trying to live a more waste-free lifestyle (like every millennial out there) and recently decided to make the switch to reusable period products. Aisle (or when I first bought from them ‘Lunapad’) was the best reviewed company in my area on google. I took the plunge and started by ordering one Performa Pad. Dear god almighty I’m never going back to disposables.

I didn’t even realize I was being irritated by disposables until I had the amazing cotton of Aisle’s liner cradling my lady parts. It wasn’t long before I went back and bought 5 liners for every day use. I was even more impressed. Aisle’s liners are more absorbent than the overnight no-name brand disposable pads I was buying. Seriously these things are a game changer. For anyone worried about the cost, please know that I am a fairly low income college student and these are worth every penny. They stay in place (while wearing skirts, pants, overalls, leggings etc.) and they are soft and comfortable. I am seriously so happy, THANK YOU AISLE!

Amazing and thin!

I was looking for something to replace my daily ultrathins and for cup/tampon backup. These are soft and fit perfectly in my boyshort style undies. I haven't been able to find anything thinner. They are incredible! Comfortable, durable, and discreet (black liner in black undies).
