An Update Regarding COVID-19

Aisle is committed to transparency, and we want to share with you our current response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Aisle is committed to a safe and secure working environment; taking care of one another and our community is a priority.
In addition to offering employees sick pay, we have a financial assistance program and will take steps to provide for income continuance to ensure no one is put in a difficult financial situation during this time of uncertainty. All employees who can shift to remote work have done so and we have paused all work travel. For those who work on-site in our Vancouver facility, we have implemented extra cleaning protocols and mandatory social distancing protocols.
Customer orders will be unaffected as our supply chain is still secure. While some products may not be in stock (eg: offering a wider variety of sizes and colours) this is due to the rebrand activities and not due to COVID-19. We thank you for your patience as we work through this phase. Recognizing that many folks will be staying at home over the next few weeks, we’re offering free shipping with the code SHIPIT on all North American orders until March 31st.
In terms of community, we are working with our local partners to coordinate collection of disposable and reusable menstrual products to ensure they get to people who urgently need supplies. We are not hosting or sponsoring any in-person events at this time and will honour any sponsorship commitments previously made.
