How are pads different from liners?

Both feature edge-to-edge leak protection and a super comfortable wicking cotton top layer, but our pads were built to handle heavy flow.

Do your pads contain PFAS?

​​No detectable levels​​ of PFAS have been found in our ​pads​, based on a detectable limit of one part per million.

How often do I need to change my pad?

At least once a day, or about as often as you would change a disposable pad. You’ll get the hang of it with experience.

How do I wash my pads?

Our pads were designed to fit into your regular laundry routine. Just give them a quick rinse in cool water, then wash and dry with your next load of laundry. Hang to dry where possible - it saves energy and prolongs the life of our pads.

Where are your pads made?

Our pads have been cut and sewn at the same locally-owned and operated factory for over 25 years, right here in Vancouver, BC.

Why Did I Not Buy These Sooner??!!

I have used the super pads for my last two periods. I have a heavy flow and was easily able to wear them twice as long as disposables. They are comfortable enough for day and night. I put the back end in the front at night since I am a stomach sleeper. I have not had any leaks day or night, and I feel cleaner and dryer. I wish I would have used these a lot sooner throughout the life of my period. I would and will recommend these products to everyone!

Best overnight protection

I found this one best for evernight or if you're super heavy during the day. It really covered quite a bit of area and I felt really comfortable knowing that I wouldn't likely leak into my pants. Material is soft and comfortable.

Comfortable and convenient.

I really like this product. I’m glad it’s good for the planet, but I’ll be honest I use cloth pads primarily for the comfort. I think the trick is to stock up on a decent amount of them so you can change them extremely regularly. It just feels so much more comfortable than a plastic-y disposable pad. Another trick is to use period underwear when your period gets lighter, and just put the pad on top, so when you remove the cloth pad you already have the next “layer” underneath ready to go.

A Pleasant Surprise

I must admit I have had the super pads I bought for awhile, hesitant to use them. I finally worked up the nerve and I was pleasantly surprised! These pads last twice as long as my regular period pads and are far more comfortable! I don’t have the courage to wear them at night yet,, but I will get there 🙂
