How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll be sent a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active online, so don’t panic if it doesn’t work right away!

All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your parcel clears customs it will be transferred to USPS or your country’s local postal service. You can continue to track your shipment via Canada Post, or get more detailed tracking info from your local carrier.
